Thoughtful Teaching

Most of our IGIYS teachers have completed Masters in Yoga or Diploma in Yoga or at least 500 hours of Yoga Alliance approved courses, and many of our senior teachers have been honing their craft for at least 20 years. We purely emphasize thoughtful yoga sequencing and always offer new modifications and technique so that you can adapt your practice along the way interestingly.
